Tony Su is an Estimator at Herron Coorey with experience pricing and supporting delivery of commercial projects within the medical, hospitality, retail, office, fitness, and beauty sectors. He prepares detailed cost estimates, budgets and BOQs, completes digital quantity take-offs and tender analysis, and manages subcontractor pricing through to negotiation and contract award. With hands-on capability across both estimating and downstream commercial processes, Tony also supports progress claims, variations, and final account close-out, helping maintain cost certainty and clear reporting throughout delivery.  He holds a Master of Quantity Surveying (Bond University) and a Bachelor of Accounting (QUT), bringing strong analytical and commercial attention to every submission.
