Paul joined Herron Coorey in September 2023 and is a seasoned construction professional with comprehensive experience leading design teams and projects. Paul’s experience ranges from small one-off refurbishments to multi-million-dollar developments.
Paul maintains a strong history of pre-construction, construction management, business development, design and construct, social infrastructure / entertainment, and special projects. This, along with demonstrated proficiency in communicating over all company and client levels has given him an applied understanding of the commercial benefits to build on partnerships and experiences.
His approach is to engage through professional communication and negotiate with influence via a culture of collaboration that values teamwork, respect, safety, and the integrity of ensuring everyone strives to achieve the best possible outcome.

- Pine Beach Hotel (current project) – ($22mil) – Managing design coordination across the proposed hotel and residential development, resolving consultant interfaces and ensuring the design is coordinated, buildable and ready for construction.
- Early Learning Kindergartens – ($400tho) – Design and coordination of capital expenditure works over various sites within Southeast Queensland.
- Royal Brisbane Hotel – ($32mil) – Managing the design delivery of a new 100-room hotel in Bowen Hills, coordinating Cottee Parker Architects, Bornhorst + Ward and specialist consultants through design development, documentation, and construction. Resolving design interfaces, maintaining programme and buildability, to ensuring the boutique hotel vision is ready for construction.
- Dreamworld Rivertown Precinct – (41mil) – Leading the design delivery of a new roller coaster within one of Queensland’s busiest theme parks. Coordinating specialist ride designers, engineers and consultants, managing technical interfaces, design documentation and approvals, while ensuring the attraction integrates safely with surrounding infrastructure, operations, and guest requirements.
