With a trade background in carpentry and hands-on experience across both residential and commercial construction, Josh brings a practical, “Site-First” mindset to every project he leads. Having spent years on the tools, he understands what it takes to deliver a buildable solution and, importantly, how to develop comprehensive and systematic pricing from all perspectives.

Josh began taking on greater administrative and planning responsibilities, uncovering a strong affinity for estimating. His keen eye for detail and systematic approach saw him develop into a trusted contributor on complex tenders, with a particular strength in interrogating scope, identifying risks, and coordinating inputs across consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate, transparent cost planning.

Building on this foundation, Josh has since progressed into the role of Project Manager, where he now applies the same discipline and attention to detail to the delivery phase driving programme, procurement, quality, and safety outcomes, and maintaining clear communication between stakeholders to keep projects running smoothly from pre-construction through to handover.
