With 20 years experience in the construction industry, Dan has progressed from Building Cadet through to Project Manager, and now our Director / Construction Manager. His career reflects a strong understanding of construction delivery from the ground up, supported by formal qualifications in Construction Management and Medium Rise Builders License.
Dan brings extensive experience delivering complex projects across hospitality, education, commercial and entertainment sectors, particularly within live and operational environments. His strength lies in leading project teams, managing complex staging and service interfaces, while maintaining strong communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout delivery.
Known for his practical leadership style, technical knowledge and client-first approach, Dan plays a key role in overseeing construction operations across Herron Coorey and supporting teams to deliver safe, well-coordinated and high-quality project outcomes.

Recent Projects:
- Dreamworld Rivertown Precinct – ($41mil) – Overseeing the delivery of a major new themed precinct within one of Queensland’s busiest theme parks. Works were staged around ride operations, with strict public access control, noise and dust management, and continuous coordination with park operations to maintain guest experience during construction.
- St Joseph’s College Coomera – Stage 3 ($17.69mil) – Construction of three new buildings: one single-storey, and two double-storey. Refurbishment to two existing buildings, sports courts, roadworks, car parks and associated civil works. Completion: March 2023.
- Pacific Lutheran College ($3.54mil) – Construction of two-storey general area building with external and associated works. Completion: January 2022.
