Herron Coorey delivered this hotel refurbishment in a live trading environment; sequencing works to keep patrons and staff safe and the venue operational. We planned staged handovers, splitting Stage 1 into the function room and gaming room with amenities maintained at all times and the gaming changeover completed within four days. Stage 2 comprised of the remaining internal and external areas, including temporary kitchen hoarding so wash-up and pizza services could continue. Throughout, we coordinated temporary and permanent building services, and quality finishes across bars, dining, back-of-house, and waterfront terrace works.
