The project provided 3 commercial office suites in a town house arrangement over 3 levels. Raised above 6 car spaces the design incorporated extensive pre-cast concrete panels, glazing walls and internal lightweight construction. The development showcases the corner site with a robust low maintenance structure, open spaces to allow natural light and natural ventilation.
