OVERVIEW
A further addition and refurbishment at the Breakfast Creek Hotel has revitalised the iconic Spanish Garden Steakhouse and beer garden and delivered a new Pizza Kitchen, while the venue remained live and operational. The scope comprised a full strip-out and reconstruction of the kitchen, bar, outdoor area (now fully air-conditioned), and amenities, resulting in an upgraded dining experience and improved facilities for patrons and staff.
HOW WE HELPED
Working within a tight construction window, our team planned and executed demolition, make-good and rapid reconstruction work across the Spanish Garden kitchen / bar and outdoor dining areas. We managed hazardous materials, protected existing heritage fabric, coordinated trades and client-supplied items. The majority of work included new concrete, structural steel, cladding, drainage, and services adjustments to suit the refreshed layout and new Pizza Kitchen. We also upgraded finishes, reinstated fixtures, and ensured compliance for access, glazing, and essential services so the venue could reopen on time with minimal disruption.
